What We Do - We support organisations by providing them with the platforms, skills, and workforces required to achieve their goals. Our unrivalled approach combines education, delivery and support services to help organisation succeed.


Advisory Support -This includes a comprehensive whole school PE and School Sport review and plan, identifying key areas within the PE curriculum. By implementing this, we support you in achieving the objectives set out by Ofsted and the school sports premium.


Free Staff Training (Government funded)

Employed staff that do not hold a level 4 qualification or above and have been a resident of the UK for more than 3 years are eligible for free training.

•City&Guild Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools

•City&Guild Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools

•1st4sport Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport


PE Apprenticeships - This programme allows a school to have a full-time, cost effective PE practitioner dedicated to supporting all curricular and extra-curricular activities within the school. All apprentices complete fully accredited Association for PE qualifications as part of their training at levels 2 and 3.



Funding – No matter how big or small your school we can work with you to access funding to further enhance facilities, provision and resources across the whole school curriculum.


NQT Training - The NQT courses are aimed at newly qualified teachers and those who have been teaching for less than 3 years, who may require further support and help developing ideas around the PE subject area.

Teacher Mentoring - The overall aim is to confidently up-skill your teaching staff, enabling them to deliver outstanding and engaging PE.

Our Mentoring Programme block of focused work. You’ll be provided with an experienced PE Practitioner who will work alongside the teacher to co-deliver PE. Our practitioner will supply them with schemes of work, resources, ongoing feedback and support to aid them in their development.


Midday Supervisor Training - These courses have been designed to meet the needs of Midday Supervisors who are responsible for organising structured play activities and supervising primary aged children at lunchtimes.




Inset Training & Workshops - We offer structured and bespoke workshops which last no longer than 3 hours, designed to enhance and support your staff’s development at Key Stage 1&2. We can deliver the following key themes:

•Paediatric 1st Aid

•Safeguarding & Protecting Children

•Fire Safety  



Play Leaders Training - The PlayMaker Award is a great introduction into leadership giving learners knowledge of how to organise small games and activities that can be used during curricular and extra-curricular time, lunchtimes, breaks, as well as in sports clubs outside school hours. Pupils aged nine and over.
